Senior Investment Analyst
Dorothy joined PCP as a senior investment analyst in August 2023
She is an Agriculture Financing and Credit Management professional with a strong track record in raising capital for and implementing agricultural projects and initiatives. Her expertise extends across various agriculture value chains, including Dairy, Cassava, Irish Potato, Horticulture, Cocoa, Tea, Chia Seeds, Coffee, and Rice.
Prior to joining PCP, Dorothy served as Project Lead for a European Union Funded Cocoa Value Chain Development Project. Her pivotal role in this project was dedicated to advancing sustainable cocoa production and enhancing market access.
Prior to her project leadership role, Dorothy contributed significantly as the Manager of Business Development Services (BDS) at Asset Profiling & Management Co. Ltd where her responsibilities encompassed developing and executing successful investment strategies as well as leveraging her in-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment and management to identify lucrative investment opportunities while managing potential downsides.
Dorothy holds a bachelor’s degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brooks University United Kingdom and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. She has also completed ACCA L2 and an MBA from Makerere University.
