Chief Finance Officer
Mary Joined Pearl Capital Partners as an accountant in June 2017 were she was principally responsible for internal control, accounting, credit management, financial reporting and management reporting aspects of the Company. She was later promoted to Chief Finance Officer in August 2019 were in addition to the above roles, she also took on management and supervision roles of the company’s finance and administration functions. She has over 7 years’ experience in accounting and audit.
Mary has previously worked with RSM Eastern Africa as an Audit Senior prior to which she worked with PKF Uganda as an Audit Associate. The experience attained with these two audit firms earned her the necessary skills and expertise to execute the accountant’s role and later the CFO role at Pearl Capital Partners.
Mary is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She also holds an advanced Diploma in accounting and business from the same Association.
